Product Marketing Success Specialist - AI Defense

We are looking for a highly collaborative and high-performing team dedicated to delivering world-class product marketing and demand generation. We partner across the business with agencies, sellers, and campaign leads to build momentum and measurable success.

What You Will Do
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, digital programs, content, webinars, workshops, and events.
• Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to build and launch email programs, landing pages, and sales collateral.
• Manage timelines, review assets, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality, on-brand output.
• Track budgets, monitor deliverables, and ensure on-time, in-scope project execution.
• Coordinate sales enablement efforts and assist in aligning marketing activities with sales needs.
• Update internal documentation and maintain team workspaces and campaign trackers.
• Analyze performance data, compile reports, and extract insights to improve future activations.
• Contribute to brainstorming, content reviews, creative feedback cycles, and team operations.
• Act as a connector-bringing together people, tools, and resources to drive successful execution.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing, project management, or campaign execution role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to logically plan, set priorities,identify, and resolve problems producing measurable results.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to self-manage in a remote, fast-paced, global environment.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and project tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with or within large tech companies or marketing agencies
