Process Specialist

The Content Implementer (CI) plays a key role in creating, updating, and maintaining web content across enterprise digital platforms. This role involves working with CMS tools such as AEM and Sanity, producing clean front-end code, validating JSON-based feeds, and ensuring pixel-perfect page experiences across devices. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in CMS workflows, HTML/CSS, UI validation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and publish new webpages using CMS tools such as AEM and Sanity, adhering to established digital design standards.
  • Customize and implement HTML/CSS for page layouts, component styling, and UI enhancements.
  • Interpret and validate JSON feed integrations, collaborate with CMS & FE developers to ensure correct data mapping and behaviour.
  • Perform daily webpage updates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and UX guidelines.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of webpages including, Component functionality, Cross-device responsiveness, UI/UX alignment, and Accessibility checks.
  • Validate production URLs post-deployment for content accuracy, design fidelity, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with development teams, designers, and project leads to clarify requirements and ensure successful releases.
  • Support Agile processes, participate in scrums, and maintain documentation as required.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience relevant to the job description
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in content implementation using CMS platforms (AEM 6.4/6.5, Sanity.io).
  • Strong understanding of web design principles and mid-level knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JSON interpretation, CMS publishing workflows and Intermediate knowledge in JavaScript
  • Ability to customize existing code and test UI components against functional requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts when required.
  • Exposure to front-end development (JavaScript frameworks, responsive design).
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Familiarity with version control, digital asset workflows, and cross-browser testing tools.
