Process Officer - St.Nazaire

Infosys BPM is looking for Infosys BPM is looking for Supply Officers for its customer project in Saint Nazaire.
Location: St. Nazaire

Key responsibilities:

• To ensure the onsite presence in Client's plants on daily basis
• To establish and maintain a working relationship between Client's stakeholders at plant and outsourced workforce
• To streamline communication and help Client and Infosys understand each other and work together efficiently
• To ensure physical proximity to Client's business and facilitate the stakeholders experience
• To expedite any critical business requests and ensure timely resolution
• Managing 2nd level escalations of suppliers
• Supporting Supply Officers in their daily activities - late PO, missing part management, stock optimization, communication with production department
• To support smooth change management
• To identify and drive continuous improvement project
• Reporting activities on company objectives
• Deploy and monitor process controls, quality assurance plans and risk mitigation initiatives
• Provides analytics on Procurement and Supply chain

Requirements:

• Good French (min. C1)
• Good English (min. B2)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or customer service
• At least Bachelor Degree
• Customer orientation and proactive approach
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• SAP knowledge especially for supply chain
• Team player
