The HR Reporting Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining and running reports to support the HR community. This role involves providing stakeholders with ad hoc reports, analysing HR data, identifying trends, and providing basic insights to stakeholders.
Mandatory:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience with reporting through the use of a BI platform, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of reporting tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong HR data background.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex requirements and solutions.
- Passion for innovation and continuous process improvement
- Develop and run reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools and BI.
- Analyses data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver required reports.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports and data.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain documentation related to reporting processes and procedures.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present data to non-technical audiences.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
