Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of a modern, scalable, and secure data and AI ecosystem within large, regulated enterprise environments. This is a multi year transformation role focused on enabling data driven decision making, advanced analytics, and AI led insights at scale.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, delivery leaders, and partners to define and execute the enterprise data and AI strategy.
• Architect and guide implementation using the Microsoft Azure Data & AI stack, covering analytics, integration, governance, and data management.
• Define reference architectures, data models, and integration patterns across enterprise domains (operational, analytical, workforce, HR).
• Lead AI architecture and AI engineering, enabling predictive, operational, and decision support use cases while embedding responsible AI and governance.
