Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP Security Consultant

As a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology .

  • Location for this position is Spring, TX. This position may require travel to project / client locations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 11+ years in SAP security; 5+ years as lead/architect on S/4HANA programs.
  • Lead security architect for SAP GTS → E4H upgrade, including role remediation, impact analysis, harmonized role redesign, and upgrade risk mitigation.
  • Hands-on expertise in S/4HANA security, Fiori catalogue-group-role mapping, and design of SoD compliant security models.- Design Fiori app catalogs/groups/Spaces & Pages, OData/IWSG/IW_BEP authorizations, and backend PFCG role models.
  • Configure GRC ruleset, SoD remediation/mitigation controls, and firefighter access
  • Deep experience in brownfield and upgrade programs, including pre upgrade assessments, security retrofit, automated testing support, cutover security prep, and hyper-care security stabilization.
  • Understanding of SAP compliance, GRC integrations, audit-readiness, and control frameworks for regulated US clients.
  • Ability to partner with global business, functional, and technical teams to ensure secure, scalable, and audit aligned upgrade delivery. SAP Security Consultant - GTS to E4H implementation (Primary) | S/4HANA Security & Upgrade Experience
  • Complex implementation project lead
  • Client stakeholder management & coordination with local teams while co-located in Upgrade Command Center
  • Project Planning and Initiation,
  • Tracking in detail with Onsite and Offshore teams
  • Primary point of contact for delivery/escalation for the customer
  • Risk Management
  • Accountable for success of project
