Principal SAP PP/QM Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP PP/QM Consultant.
As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team and subject matter expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
• This role may Involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). Hence the eligible candidates must be US citizens or Permanent Residents only.
• Location for this position is Washington,UT. This position may require travel to Project / client locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 9 years of experience in SAP PP/QM Skills
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP S4HANA PP/QM module
• Experience with at least 3 end to end S4HANA implementations in PPQM track
• Experience with End to End implementation in SAP PP with in-depth understanding of the below modules in SAP S4Hana PP

o Master data - Materials, BOM, Routing, work centers, production tools, Variant configuration (Class, characteristics and their assignment)
o Planning & Forecasting - MRP
o Production processes and it's SAP solutions - Standard, Remanufacturing, Rebuild, Foundry, Repetitive, Kanban
o Capacity planning
o MES integration
o Production order management & execution including availability checks, batch determination, confirmation, WIP processing and reporting, settlement
o Integration with other SAP modules like SAP SD, SAP PP and SAP FICO (Product costing)

Experience in SAP QM (Quality Management) is an added advantage-

• Quality Info records
• Quality Inspection plans
• Usage decisions
• Record inspection results
• Inventory movement for items under inspection
• Disposal and scrap management

• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA : $114,000 to $167,000
In Washington, DC : $106,000 to $147,500
