Principal SAP PM/PS Consultant
Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP PM / PS Consultant
This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose, and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Location of the requirement is Memphis, TN. The role may require travel to project/Client location.

- Lead the SAP PM/PS workstream for implementation, upgrade, and support projects, serving as the primary point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP PM/PS consultants, ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain project plans, scope documents, and resource allocation strategies.
- Facilitate workshops, business requirement gathering sessions, and design discussions with key business users. Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP PM/PS processes.
- Expertise in Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Work Orders, Project Planning, WBS, and Budgeting.
- Set up Maintenance Planning, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, and Scheduling.
- Configure Work Orders, Notifications, and Maintenance BOMs.
- Ensure compliance with asset management standards and safety regulations.
- Design and configure Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, and Activities.
- Set up Project Planning, Budgeting, and Cost Control.
- Support Resource Planning, Capacity Planning, and Project Scheduling.
- Integrate PM/PS with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, SD).
- Provide functional expertise and resolve complex issues.
- Document and update the existing SAP Business Process and work with IT and business units to modernize the SAP environment.
- Prepare and deliver training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the client, understanding their business challenges and proposing effective SAP solutions.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting, ensuring the stability and performance of the SAP system.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
