Principal RPA Enterprise Applications Consultant
Infosys is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide RPA and Intelligent Automation initiatives. This role will own end-to-end delivery of the automation program, ensuring strategic alignment, governance, and successful execution across business units.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario / Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel. Key Responsibilities: Program Management:
- Define and manage the automation program roadmap, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Oversee intake, prioritization, and delivery of automation use cases across multiple business units.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration between business stakeholders, automation teams, and IT.
- Drive governance, compliance, and risk management for automation initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budget allocations.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and leadership.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and executive updates.
- Promote adoption and change management for automation solutions.

- Align automation initiatives with enterprise digital transformation goals.
- Identify opportunities for integrating AI and advanced analytics into automation solutions.
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets and best practices within the Automation CoE.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of RPA projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate between business stakeholders, RPA developers, and infrastructure teams.
- Drive governance, compliance, and risk management for automation initiatives.
- Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, training, and change management for successful adoption.
- Contribute to automation roadmap planning and integration of advanced AI capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 18+ years of total experience, with at least 8+ years of experience in program management and at least 3+ years in RPA/Intelligent Automation.
- Strong understanding of RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Experience in documenting business processes and creating PDDs.
- Familiarity with retail/manufacturing operations and automation use cases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to hybrid automation environments and Agentic AI concepts.
- Experience working in a CoE or enterprise automation setup.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
- Strong presentation skills for client interactions and proposal support.
