Principal - Edifecs Specialist
Infosys Consulting is seeking a skilled and experienced Principal with a strong focus on Edifecs implementations and deep experiences in encounters, claims and enrollment processes. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in healthcare business consulting, with Edifecs solution implementation experiences in healthcare clients, to join our expanding healthcare practice.

Our Healthcare Consulting practice helps our clients apply cutting edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to the payer and provider market sectors. You will lead and support our practice leaders on developing an innovative Edifecs solution implementation playbook and service offering.

Responsibilities:
- Consulting engagements delivery:
- Principal leads work tracks and small teams within larger consulting program / project delivery, supports offerings development, staff development, and overall success of the Healthcare practice
- Bring healthcare domain knowledge and experiences, in one or more of the following functional areas in the healthcare value chain: end to end claims and encounters processes, and enrollment and eligibility processes
- Support leaders in proposal development and pursuits
- Help identify the use cases, provide level of effort estimations and assumptions for the implementation of Edifecs SaaS solution and integrations at clients
- Lead small project teams, mentor, coach and develop consultants and analysts
- Contribute to practice development: Identify industry trends, support leaders in development/enhancement of consulting offerings and solutions
- Edifecs Solution Implementations:
- Leader / team member on executing Edifecs solution implementations
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and develop a comprehensive implementation roadmap
- Lead team in the planning, design, configuration and implementation of Edifecs, including addressing business/stakeholder readiness
- Ensure end user adoption through training, reinforcement, key metrics measurement, communications, and change management strategies
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Encounters, Claims and Enrollment processes
- Work with clients to drive transformation programs enabled by intelligent automation and AI capabilities including RPA, ML, GenAI and Agentic AI
- Work with practice leaders develop a Healthcare Consulting Edifecs Center of Excellence (CoE) and implementation playbook
- Bachelor's degree and at least 07 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a customer-facing role in a large consulting firm or in the industry.
- At least 07 years of experience leading teams of advisory services consultants in the delivery of Edifecs implementation services, and the technology life cycle, including operating model/strategy, opportunity assessment, discovery and requirements definition, solution architecture and design, development, testing and production release.
- At least 07 years of healthcare domain experiences, strong understanding of the healthcare value chain, business functions, and stakeholder expectations
- Knowledge in one or more of the following functional areas in the healthcare value chain: end to end claims and encounters processes, enrollment and eligibility processes.
- At least three years of experience in Edifecs implementation using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and collaboration skills.
- Strong ability to solve problems, troubleshoot, analyze processes, map processes, and communicate effectively with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Experience in leading or supervising a team of professionals.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 80%, (weekly travel) depending on client requirements.

- An MBA with an advanced degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, business, operations, information technology, analytics, etc.
- Strong client facing skills including presentations to senior leadership, advice and consult with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate, integrate and deliver Edifecs implementation programs.
- Understanding issues related to claims, encounters and enrollment processes in healthcare Payer sector.
- Strong planning, coordination, analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with fundamental financial, performance, and quality measures used in the health care industry.
- Ability to provide guidance to stakeholders in understanding the business value of the initiative.
- Ability to interface with customers and other stakeholders with minimal supervision.
- Ability to complete project, with demonstrated commitment to meeting deliverables.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and self-manage.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum methodologies
