Location: Perth , Australia.

Salary: AUD 150742 - 171215 Annual Gross

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate resources for effective project execution.
  • Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress.
  • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Oversee IT delivery programs, organizational change, and process integration.
  • Measure and report project performance; escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and manage expectations.
  • Perform risk management and resolve project issues.
  • Manage release plans, change requests, and status reporting.
  • Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Communicate project information accurately and timely.
  • Ensure successful implementation of services per client processes and standards.
  • Identify and remove blockers; limit work in progress.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and implement improvements.
  • Manage conflicts and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners for timely testing and feedback.
  • Demonstrate accountability and proactive priority management.
  • Foster a growth mindset and continuous improvement.

General Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of IT delivery, operations, and ITIL framework.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification (preferred).
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • 5+ years PM experience (10+ for senior PM).
  • Experience managing Agile/Waterfall projects, including release planning and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
