Principal Consultant - Oracle Public Sector Solutions Manager
Infosys Public Services is seeking a Principal Consultant - Oracle Public Sector Solutions Manager to join our team.
Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):
The Principal Consultant - Oracle Public Sector Solutions Manager will be a part of the Infosys Public Services ERP team. The role will be responsible for driving the growth of Oracle Fusion (including HCM and ERP) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions within the Public Sector practice, covering the US and Canada. The role requires an enthusiastic, self-motivated go-getter who can proactively meet clients and partners, follow up on deals and actions, and collaborate with internal practice teams to draft growth plans and convert RFX opportunities to wins. The candidate will be expected to travel as needed, work with multiple teams, and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance:
- Minimum 11 years of relevant Experience.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in working with clients and internal teams to respond to ERP RFXs, preferably with Oracle products and public sector clients in the US and Canada.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding conversions of RFX opportunities to win in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion (HCM, ERP) and OCI offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- US citizenship required (due to public sector client requirements).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience in drafting growth plans, managing pipelines, and coordinating with delivery/practice teams.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Public Sector and Oracle ERP experience and relevant certifications
Educational Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education. Candidates who have completed a Master's degree program are strongly preferred.
The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
