Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage DC infrastructure and cloud-based service delivery operations, ensuring stable, secure, and scalable environments.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and build strong, trusting relationships.
• Ensure high-quality communication and articulation across teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Oversee the full spectrum of ITSM processes within a managed services environment, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
• Drive effective SLA management, monitoring performance metrics, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions where required.
• Lead, mentor, and guide operational teams to deliver exceptional service quality and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in DC infrastructure, cloud technologies, and service operations management.
• Proven experience in managed service delivery, particularly with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Excellent client engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of SLA and performance management in service-delivery environments.
