Salary: AUD $ 148,915 -$153,696 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and build components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR)
- Preparing Platform setup and other project standard documents for AEM Project
- Develop good relations and technical understandings with the client
- Website Configuration and Development of various dynamic components in AEM
- Participate in the software design, development, and implementation using standard WCM and/or eCommerce platforms such as Adobe AEM (CQ), SDL Tridion, Sitecore, Fatwire, CrownPeak, hybris, Oracle/ATG Demandware, Intershop and IBM WebSphere Commerce
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and be the "go to" person for key disciplines
- Experience in the large-scale application
- Candidates must have some experience in CQ5 implementations and be able to translate their experience into meaningful client insights
- Candidates should have an understanding of Java in the context of CQ5 and overall best CQ5 practices
- Candidates will collaborate with project leadership to execute implementations and provide technical guidance
Core Skills:
- AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR)
- Front-end skills (CSS, JavaScript, HTML)
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- Working knowledge of the general digital landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and provide appropriate alternatives and solutions to meet those requirements.
- Knowledge of system development life cycle.
- Ability to guide the business through UAT through to sign off, managing any postimplementation changes.
- Knowledge of applications support and development
- Ability to work independently or within a team framework, and in varying customer environments
- Strong time management, workload management and organizational skills
- Proven Diagnostic and Troubleshooting skills
- A disciplined approach to planning, implementation, and project execution
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet agreed timeframes
- Understanding of Agile development practices.
