Your role

In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements, translating business needs into clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and product capabilities.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely support and participating in troubleshooting and resolution of application-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the business domain, industry trends, and client challenges to provide informed recommendations and support.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for designated product components, with a deep understanding of business use cases, customer challenges, system functionality, and configuration options.
  • Support development teams by clarifying requirements, reviewing proposed solutions, and assessing integration approaches to ensure they meet business and technical objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferably in: Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science
