Work towards transition phase and production support in SailPoint IDN and IDAM Scope of work. Would be taking care of day-to-day production support tasks, Ability to work with business stakeholders, Architect, Infrastructure team, Application team and other Operations Team handling and resolving production issues and incidents. Ability to contribute to enhancement scope of work and executing changes from development to production environment following change management processes defined by customer. Take initiative to solve problems with positive attitude towards feedback from team for improvements.

Salary: AUD $ 148,915 - $160,560 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide professional services support for the Security operations team in the capacity of Security Consultants which includes but is not limited to the below:

  • Work closely with Security team and provide technical support wherever required
  • Security monitoring and incident response
  • Undertaking investigation, analysis, and resolution of security incidents
  • Uplift Security platforms capabilities and responsible for leading the day-to-day security operations capability.
  • Supporting delivery of the Cyber Security Roadmap and for providing expert and balanced risk advice to support the secure design, provision and operation of technology across a range of levels and disciplines.
  • Administer the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing technical cyber security platforms across respective Security towers.
  • Other responsibilities as delegated by the Security Operations Manager, Reliability Lead or GM of IT as required.

  • Essential:
    1. Experience Requirements

    Total Experience: 7+ years in IT/Identity & Access Management (IAM), with specific focus on IAG (Identity and Access Governance).

    SailPoint Specialization: 3 to 7.5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow (IDN/ISC) implementation.

    Complex Projects: Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex SailPoint solutions.

    2. Technical Skills (Required)

    Programming: Expert-level knowledge of Java/J2EE (critical), BeanShell scripting, JavaScript, and XML.

    SailPoint Components: Deep understanding of Lifecycle Manager (LCM), Workflows, Forms, Custom Rules (Connector, Provisioning, Aggregation), and Reports.

    Connectors/Integration: Experience with Active Directory (AD), LDAP, JDBC, SAP, Workday, and Azure/Entra ID connectors.

    Protocols: Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, SCIM, SAML, and OAuth.

    Databases: Strong SQL skills (Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL).

    3. Education

    Bachelor's Degree: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    Education Standard: 15 years of education.

    4. Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage)
    • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect/Engineer
    • SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Professional
    • Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
