Role Description: The SAP Finance Lead Solution Architect is a senior, client-facing role responsible for defining, shaping, and leading SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions for Australian Federal Government clients. The role has a strong focus on presales leadership, S/4HANA Finance transformation strategy, and trusted advisory engagement with senior public sector stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for owning and delivering the Network Configuration Management project planned. The responsibilities include.
• Owning the delivery of the project.
• Collaborating with the Product Owner and geographically distributed teams to drive and manage the solution development process and ensure the development team understands the direction and vision
• Balancing resources to deliver the product features on a modern technology stack
• Allocate activities to the right people, plan for and mentor the team in competency development of team
• Stakeholder management - including customer connect as well as Infosys stakeholders
• Provide inputs on the delivery aspects in the contract to limit financial risk to the company
• Customer relationship management & scouting for new opportunities from client side.
• Prepare resource plan including people, location, infrastructure and liaison with required groups to fulfill the project resource requirements
• Identify the quality goals and processes with help from SQA, comply with internal quality mandate, plan for training the team, and prepare comprehensive quality plan to ensure high quality delivery
• Perform due diligence, plan, and execute transition activities to get in to steady state
• Implement performance management as per organizational guidelines, R&R and team building activities
• Own and drive new opportunities and proposals
Technical Expertise & Federal SAP Requirements
- Telcom Network Domain knowledge
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
