Role Description:

Salary: $ 150742 - 171215 NZ Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • 16+ years of Data, Analytics and AI industry experience in different phases of Information and Data driven Decision-making life cycles.
  • Strong Data Solution Architecture understanding on AWS/Azure, Snowflake/Databricks and other tool sets like Terraform, Airflow, Collibra etc.
  • Experience in Cloud Data warehouse Design.
  • Skilled in driving Data and AI initiatives in sync with the Business Units, Strategy teams and Data Centre of Enablement.
  • Strong expertise in Data Warehouse modelling for telecom domain.
  • Experience of technology selection, team mentorship, and ensuring responsible governance of Information

  • AI Platform: Snowpark, AWS Sagemaker
  • Data Quality and Governance with Collibra implementation experience.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding teams and driving strategic initiatives to achieve business goals.
  • Presentation: Proficient in delivering compelling presentations to stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical concepts and strategies
  • Mentoring: Proven ability to mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Vision and Strategy: Strong visionary outlook in shaping AI/ML strategies aligned with organizational objectives and industry trends.
  • Customer Understanding: Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, leveraging data insights to enhance customer experiences and drive business value.
  • Business Focus: Keen business acumen with a focus on aligning AI/ML initiatives with business priorities, driving ROI and competitive advantage.
