Principal, Business Consulting - SAP Record-To-Report (Semiconductor)

We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented Principal Consultant with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Record to Report (R2R) processes and a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry. This role will focus on driving finance transformation initiatives, aligning SAP capabilities with business goals, and delivering value through optimized financial operations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic finance transformation engagements leveraging SAP S/4HANA R2R capabilities.
- Advise clients on best practices for financial planning, consolidation, and reporting in semiconductor environments.

- General ledger and sub-ledger accounting
- Cost and profitability analysis
- Asset accounting and capital project tracking
- Financial close and consolidation
- Capital-intensive asset tracking
- Multi-entity and multi-currency reporting
- R&D cost allocation and tax incentives
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business consulting or finance transformation, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA R2R.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor industry financial operations (e.g., fab costing, IP revenue, multi-entity structures).
- Proven experience in strategy development, process design, and SAP-enabled transformation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance or Controlling.
- Experience with SAP Business AI, Joule, Group Reporting, Central Finance, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Familiarity with semiconductor industry trends, regulatory requirements, and global operations.
- Experience with Agile or SAP Activate methodology.
