Principal, Business Consulting - SAP Lead-To-Order (Semiconductor)

We are seeking a strategic and customer-centric Principal Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Lead to Order (L2O) processes and a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry. This role will focus on enabling commercial and operational transformation by aligning SAP capabilities with business goals across customer engagement, order management, and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business consulting engagements focused on SAP S/4HANA Lead to Order transformation.
- Advise clients on best practices for customer inquiry handling, quotation management, order processing, and delivery execution in semiconductor environments.
- Analyze and map current business processes to SAP best practices across
- Sales order management and AATP (Advance Available to Promise)
- Pricing, contracts, and customer master data
- Integration with manufacturing, logistics, and finance
- Customer collaboration and service management
- Integration with related SAP module and other third-party system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, supply chain, finance, and IT to ensure strategic alignment.
- Support roadmap development, business case creation, and value realization planning.
- Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and value realization plans.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business consulting or commercial transformation, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA Lead to Order.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor industry sales and fulfillment models (e.g., B2B, OEM, consignment, long lead-time quoting).
- Proven experience in strategy development, process design, and SAP-enabled transformation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- SAP S/4HANA certification in Sales or Customer Management.
- Experience with SAP Business AI, Joule, SD, CRM, and integration with EWM, TM, and FI.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor industry trends, global customer operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Agile or SAP Activate methodology.
