Infosys is seeking a Practice Client Partner - Utilities (SAP). The Practice Client Partner will lead and grow the SAP portfolio within the Utilities vertical, owning all client interfaces across the assigned account scope. Partnering with the Senior/Group Client Partner, this role builds and executes the account plan for the SAP book of business-covering pipeline creation, deal strategy, solutioning, delivery governance, partner ecosystem motions (SAP/hyperscalers/ISVs), and CXO stakeholder management. Typically, the Practice Client Partner manages a single Utilities account or a defined portfolio within a large Utilities client, with end-to-end P&L responsibility in the range of $30M-$40M.

Role Description:
• Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships in the Utilities vertical, build a SAP portfolio up to $30MM to $40MM, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to Utilities clients across SAP programs
• Account planning and governance: create the account plan for Utilities SAP including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
• As a sales leader, you are expected to contribute to different phases from consulting through the sales lifecycle for Utilities SAP deals
• Responsible for client interactions with regard to SAP services business development in Utilities
• Guide various teams in regard to proposal development, building the right pricing construct, advise on internal capability building, and drive collaboration across the Account sales team
• Advise on opportunities to shape value-adding, winning solutions based on the changing market landscape and Utilities customer needs
• Lead teams on responses to RFPs/RFIs from clients and prospects on SAP technologies (mainly digital/new-dimension areas like S/4HANA, SAP CX (formerly C/4HANA), Cloud solutions including RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP)
• Provide inputs towards building differentiated Utilities industry cloud solutions
• Devise GTM strategy for the Utilities SAP portfolio
• Liaise with SAP account teams, SAP Utilities IBU leadership, and other stakeholders
• Participate in strategy building for the Utilities SAP practice
• Liaise with analysts and related agencies in positioning Infosys' Utilities SAP services
• Lead the creation and execution of Infosys SAP campaigns and events for the Utilities services of the SAP practice

Key Responsibilities:
• Driving and achieving the business targets for the Utilities SAP portfolio as set out by the business leader (bookings, revenue, margin)
• Managing relationships with client personnel (business & IT) across Utilities accounts
• Driving client conversations and presentations to articulate SAP-led business value for Utilities (e.g., meter-to-cash, asset/network operations, customer experience)
• Support growth through new business development and farming within existing Utilities customers to drive revenue growth
• Take Utilities-focused SAP go-to-market solutions (e.g., S/4HANA Utilities/IS-U, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP extensions) to new and existing customers
• Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses for Utilities SAP opportunities
• Manage SAP pursuits with end-to-end accountability-pursuit planning, participation in solution development, priming customer/deal-advisor conversations, leading cross-functional technology teams in delivering the response, and driving win themes/differentiation and commercial models
• Undertake account planning exercises with the Account Managers for Utilities SAP and execute as per the agreed plan
• Undertake periodic reviews with senior management on pipeline, bookings, delivery health, and P&L

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 11+ years of experience in consulting/IT services, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience (Utilities industry exposure preferred)
• Significant business development and program/project management experience for SAP engagements
• Experience in SAP sales (Utilities preferred)
• Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts (business & IT)
• Hands-on SAP sales and/or delivery experience with performance measured on book & bill / bookings and revenue targets

Estimated annual salary for this role will be $128,000 to $250,000.
