Infosys -- Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to plan, execute, and finalize programs, ensuring they meet strategic objectives within scope, budget, and timeline. This role involves coordinating multiple projects, managing cross-functional teams, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a solid understanding of program management principles and a proven ability to drive complex initiatives

Location : Monterrey, CDMX or Guadalajara (Hybrid 3 days per week at Infosys Office)

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple interdependent projects, managing their schedules, resources, and dependencies to ensure overall program success.
  • Lead and guide cross-functional project teams, including project managers, technical leads, and business analysts, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues, implementing timely solutions.
  • Communicate program status, progress, and challenges regularly to stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and quality standards across all program components.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the program management office.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project and program management, with a clear focus on managing complex initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects within a larger program scope.
  • Solid understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and common tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in budget tracking and resource allocation.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of presenting information clearly to various audiences.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to quickly learn new business processes and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience with enterprise-level project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Familiarity with specific industry domains relevant to the programs.
  • Exposure to change management principles.
