SHORT DESCRIPTION:
As a Performance Testing Lead, you will engage with key stakeholders and leverage your technical expertise across various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements elicitation, application architecture, and design. You will provide technical guidance to the team while serving as a bridge between the client and offshore teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. You'll be part of a dynamic learning culture that fosters teamwork, values collaboration, celebrates excellence, and respects diversity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deep expertise in software QA methodologies and strategies, with hands-on experience in functional testing and test automation across Scaled Agile, Agile, and Waterfall development frameworks. Strong proficiency in test management tools like the HP suite and JIRA, along with a solid understanding of defect management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and ALM.
  • Extensive experience in Performance Engineering and proficiency in test tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and Performance Center, along with expertise in one or more programming or scripting languages such as C, Java, Groovy, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, along with strong experience in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, enabling clear and effective communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Develop, design and document technical performance test plans, incorporating data-driven test automation scripts to execute comprehensive performance and load testing, ensuring system efficiency and reliability.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define testing scope and objectives. Ensure that testing standards and methodologies are implemented and followed.
  • Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude should be able to provide daily status report, timely updates, handle escalations and able to provide inputs on critical capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform defect investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Forward-thinking and eager to embrace change, actively driving improvements for positive outcomes.
