Pega Business Analyst
Infosys is seeking a meticulous and strategic Business Analyst to join our team. You will be an expert contributing to distinct phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play a key role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Qualifications Basic
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of transaction banking products, services, and operational processes.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is desired , with demonstrated experience applying process improvement methodologies in banking operations.
- Working knowledge of automation products like Pega, Appian, etc. is desired, with firsthand experience in process modeling with BPMN standards.

- Location for this position is Mississauga, ON. This position requires relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
Preferred:
- Partner with stakeholders across retail, commercial, and digital banking to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze existing workflows, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process maps.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Document User Stories and work with Product Owners for prioritization.
- Support project delivery through requirement validation, stakeholder communication, and UAT coordination.
- Ensure solutions comply with banking regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, OSFI guidelines).
- Contribute to change management and training efforts during solution rollouts.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile. Safe and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) is an asset.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 89004 to $ 103042
