OTC Specialist with French - Lodz
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź - Hybrid 50/50
We are looking for a candidate with:
Higher education (e.g. accounting/finance would be an asset)
Fluent French & English (min. B2) - essential for client's communication purposes
Experience in OTC domain - minimum 2 years
Working knowledge of SAP
Customer orientation & service mindset
Problem solving
Very good teamwork
Your key activities:
Handle collection activities for outstanding accounts receivables
Cash application activities related to customer payment allocation and subledger accounts clearing
Performing period/year end closing activities for Invoice to Customer process
Creation and update of process documentation
Building relationship with external customers
Maintaining and reconciling AR accounts
Collaboration with client, customers other departments
