OTC Process Specialist with German
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź- Hybrid 2/3 or remote with in Poland

We are looking for a candidate with:
English and German B2 - essential for client communication purposes
Good understanding of the OTC processes (Cash application, customer account analysis, GL clearing, order management).
Working knowledge of SAP
Good understanding of accounting rules
Experience in performing month/year end activities
Very good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and teamwork skills
Independence and resourcefulness

Your key activities:
Ownership of BPO owned processes
Main contact point for local business unit
Coordination and ensuring smooth cross team collaboration
Monitoring and supporting cash application
Monitoring investigating and Clearing OTC GLs
Provide/search missing information
Credit management (processing refunds, rebates, other credits)
Orders analysis, differences clarification and clearing
