We're Hiring: Organizational Change Manager (OCM) - Global FI/CO Deployment
Location: Paris, La Défense
Contract: 18-month CDD (Full-Time)
Start Date: Mid-February
Are you passionate about driving transformation and leading change on a global scale? We're looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager to guide a major international ERP rollout and help shape the future of finance and technology.
What You'll Do
Prepare, support, and guide stakeholders through every stage of transformation
Design and deploy a global change toolkit across multiple geographies
Build executive sponsorship and foster change readiness
Coordinate change activities across countries and business functions
Monitor, measure, and report on the change journey
What We're Looking For
Must-Have:
• Expertise in change management and global IT solution deployment

• Strong management experience
• Excellent communication skills in French & English
Nice-to-Have:
➕ Finance/Controlling process knowledge
➕ Experience with large, complex, multi-country ERP rollouts
