Oracle Unity Functional Lead Consultant

Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle Unity Functional Lead Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Unity Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions within the Oracle CX ecosystem. The Lead Consultant will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to unify customer data, define audience segmentation strategies, configure data models, and support end-to-end activation across marketing, sales, and service applications. The role requires strong understanding of customer data management, identity resolution, data governance, and orchestrated customer experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Unity CDP including data models, customer profiles, segmentation, and insights.
- Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders to understand customer data strategy, segmentation needs, and downstream activation use cases.
- Define and configure data sources, identity resolution rules, data enrichment logic, and profile unification.
- Build audiences, behavioral segments, predictive models, and orchestration flows using Unity capabilities.
- Integrate Unity with Oracle CX applications (Eloqua, Responsys, Oracle Sales, Service, and third-party systems).
- Collaborate with technical teams on data ingestion, event streaming, APIs, and CDP-to-CX activation workflows.
- Support testing cycles (UAT/SIT), training, documentation, and go-live/hypercare activities.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance (PII, consent, privacy policies).
- Provide best practices on CDP usage, customer lifecycle journeys, and unified customer experience initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of IT experience.
- 6+ years experience in CX, CRM, Martech, or Customer Data Platforms.
- Location for this position is San Ramon, CA. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Unity CDP including data modeling, segmentation, identity resolution, and activation.
- Strong functional understanding of customer data processes, data quality, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience working with Oracle CX applications: Eloqua, Responsys, CX Sales, Service Cloud, or similar Martech/CRM tools.
- Understanding of REST APIs, data ingestion strategies, CDP integrations, and event data.
- Strong documentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- It is preferred that candidate has previously worked in high tech manufacturing companies and has exposure to business flows of such organizations.
