Oracle SCM Techno-functional Lead Consultant

Infosys is seeking an Oracle SCM Techno-functional Lead Consultant to lead and support enterprise integration solutions on Oracle cloud infrastructure. This role combines functional consulting, technical leadership, and hands-on delivery. The Lead Consultant will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, drive solution design, guide team members, and ensure stable, scalable, and business-aligned OIC integrations across the enterprise with order management, and SCM knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Location for this position is Denver, CO. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
  • 6+ years of experience in SCM solutions
  • Must have strong experience in Order Management, Procurement, Supply chain with a blend of business knowledge and IT implementation experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with OIC in production environments

  • Proven experience in a techno-functional consultant role
  • Understanding of business processes and enterprise Integration patterns
  • Experience working in high availability, SLA-driven production environments
  • Hands-on experience with OCI administration and cloud infrastructure support.
  • Experience in incidents, problems and change management process
  • Lead production support activities for OIC integrations including monitoring, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Design, review and implement OIC integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Lead minor enhancements, configuration changes, and defect fixes.
  • Monitor and maintain OCI infrastructure supporting integration services

  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Good experience in application integration, development or support.
    • Experience leading small to mid-size integration teams
    • Experience with B2B, OCI Streaming, API gateway
    • Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
    • Should have been involved in pre-sales activities in the past in delivering the end-to-end SCM solution as well as articulation of value proposition
    • Experience working in a Global delivery environment.
