Oracle Retail MFCS Solution Architect

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Retail MFCS Solution Architect who has experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS), Oracle Retail Sales Audit Cloud Service (RSACS) and Oracle Retail Invoice Matching Cloud Service. As a Oracle Retail MFCS Solution Architect, this role will own end-to-end MFCS solution architecture and will lead large-scale retail transformation programs. The candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Retail Merchandising solutions and proven experience in solution architecture.

Required Qualifications

• Location for this position is Irving TX. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

• 7+ years in Oracle Retail with 5+ years in architecture and delivery of following products:
  • Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service - MFCS
  • Oracle Retail Sales Audit Cloud Service - ReSA CS
  • Oracle Retail Pricing Cloud Service - RPMCS
  • Oracle Retail Invoice Matching Cloud Service - RPIMCS
  • Oracle Retail Integration Cloud Service - RICS
• Minimum of 3 implementation cycle experience of Oracle Retail cloud applications
• Experience leading requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis, Conducting CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions with stakeholders, Creating L1/L2/L3 process flows for merchandising operations.
• Experience designing extensions, data migration strategy and integration approach.
• Ability to review technical and functional design documents.
• Strong command of MFCS data model: items, suppliers, purchase orders, deals, costs, pricing, inventory, and foundational reference data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RMS, MFCS migration, brownfield coexistence models.
• Exposure to Azure Integration Services or API Gateway.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and service mesh (Istio).
• Retail domain certifications or Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe).
• In-depth knowledge of MFCS (Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service) and RDS (Retail Data Store Cloud Service).
• Experience in programs involving Oracle ERP (Finance) alongside Oracle Retail Merchandising.
