Oracle OTM Technology Lead

Infosys is seeking an Oracle OTM Technology Lead. This position will be primarily responsible for the development and support of Oracle OTM. This includes detailed technical design, leading validation for all types of testing, and performing support activities related to implementations, enhancements, deployments, and requirement validation with product offerings. The role also involves working with relevant stakeholders on product customization requests. Candidate will interface with key stakeholders and apply OTM domain and technical proficiency across different project stages, including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, and design.

Required Qualifications:

• Location for this position is Naperville IL. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in implementation, development and support projects related to Oracle OTM Application.
• Must have knowledge of the Oracle OTM tables and the overall OTM flow. Strong knowledge of PL/SQL
• Requires functional knowledge to dig into broken flows/planning issues etc.
• Also requires architecture knowledge
• WebLogic/UNIX knowledge for server health diagnosis.
• PLSQL/DB knowledge for debugging contentions and other bottlenecks in database area.
• Good experience in Oracle OTM with techno/functional expertise in Oracle OTM flows
• Must have the ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct client interaction experience during interactive phases like Requirements Gathering, Fit-Gap analysis etc.
• Experience in common integration methodologies
• Experience in data conversions using import tables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
