Oracle Fusion Data Migration Lead Consultant

Infosys is seeking an highly experienced Oracle Fusion Data Migration Lead Consultant to lead data migration from SAP to Oracle Fusion Cloud across Finance, Supply Chain, and HCM modules. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, Spreadsheet Loader, OIC integrations, REST/SOAP services, and large-scale legacy-to-Oracle migration strategies. Candidate is expected to have hands-on experience on at least 2-3 Oracle ERP Finance implementations. Candidate should have experience in working in Global delivery model and especially in Agile methodology. The candidate must be able to deliver high quality deliverables for a module and lead a team during design, build, integrations, testing and support activities related to implementation. Candidate should also be able to participate in transition and warranty support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Location for this position is Plano, TX, Charlotte, NC or Jersey City, NJ. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience

  • 6+ years in Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud; strong experience in SAP-to-Oracle migration.
  • Expertise in FBDI, HDL, Spreadsheet Loader, ADFDI, and OIC integrations.
  • Strong SQL, PL/SQL, data profiling, cleansing, and mass data processing.
  • Hands-on experience with data mapping, conversion strategy, and reconciliation for large-scale migrations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, HCM data models.

  • Experience in client facing role - Conducting workshops/CRP's/User story clarification sessions
  • Experience in documenting functional design documents, test strategy/scenarios/cases, application user guide etc.
  • Ability to work in onsite-offshore models.
  • Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor.
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Graduate in engineering with MBA in Finance preferred
Estimated annual compensation range for this role in Jersey City, NJ will be between $93,713 to $135,386
