Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) Time and Labor Techno-Functional Sr. Consultant

Infosys is seeking an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Time and Labor Techno-Functional Senior Consultant. The selected candidate should be able to configure and manage the HCM Time and Labor modules, resolve related issues, manage support tickets, and perform root cause analysis. As part of enhancement activities, the candidate will interact with customers and SMEs and implement required extensions.

Required Qualifications:

• Location for this position is Anywhere in US. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
• 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS technologies.
• Ability to set up and manage timecard layout, rules, categories, and workflows.
• Working knowledge of SQL, fast formula, APEX, reports, integrations with HCM, absences, and payroll.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated to improve process working closely with customers.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:

• In CA / CO / D.C. / IL / MA / MD / MN / NJ / NY / VT / WA: $73,000 to $102,200
• In Washington, DC: $66,500 to $100,300

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
