Oracle EBS Senior Consultant (MFG, P2P, O2C)

Infosys is looking to onboard a seasoned Techno-Functional Sr. Consultant with Oracle EBS Manufacturing, Purchasing and Order to Cash skills. The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for supporting Oracle EBS Applications for our clients. The selected candidate is also responsible for completing the work by coordinating with internal and external teams and communicating with leadership team on a timely basis at various stages. The role includes interactions with customer process consultants, business SME and technical members to understand and analyze various processes. The role will also derive automation opportunities and make recommendations from the discussions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Location for this position is Minneapolis, MN. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location. This is a 100% onsite job and no remote work is accepted.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

  • Should be a subject matter expert with support/ implementation experience in O2C, Manufacturing, and P2P.
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle EBS.
  • Must be able to understand business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements.
  • Experience with testing and deployment of custom solutions for O2C, manufacturing and purchasing modules.
  • Participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed.
  • Onsite-offshore communication and work management.
  • Coordination with other tracks for delivery of end-to-end business processes.
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
  • Experience with lean / agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Able to clearly articulate business requirements and solution design.
  • Should be well versed with support processes (incident management, problem management, change management, RCA, etc.).
  • Should be able to co-ordinate with business users, inter track and client leadership.
  • Experience managing team size of 5-10 would be a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
