Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle database environments (Oracle 11g/12c/19c).
- Perform database installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, backup, recovery, and cloning activities.
- Ensure high availability, performance tuning, capacity planning, and database security.
- Troubleshoot database incidents, analyze root causes, and implement preventive measures.
- Support disaster recovery (DR) solutions, RMAN backups, Data Guard, and replication technologies.
- Work with application, infrastructure, and development teams to optimize database performance and availability.
- Automate routine tasks using Shell, Python, or SQL scripting.
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Database experience.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle RAC, ASM, RMAN, Data Guard, Performance Tuning, and SQL/PLSQL.
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with database monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Knowledge of backup, recovery, security, and disaster recovery practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS RDS Oracle, or Azure Oracle workloads.
- Exposure to PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification preferred.
