Oracle Cloud Saas/PaaS/OCI Admin

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Architect with hands-on expertise as an Oracle SaaS and IaaS administrator. Candidate should be able to manage fusion applications, Instance, OCI Landing Zone and corresponding resources. Sound understanding of Fusion instances, environment refresh schedule and excellent problem-solving skills are required.

Required Qualifications:

• Location for this position is St Louis, MO. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology and 4 years of experience with Oracle SaaS and IaaS admin.
• Should have good understanding on RBAC and SOD.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud certifications in OCI
• User Life cycle management (Create, Modify, Delete) in Oracle Fusion ERP services
• Role assignment in Fusion and managing access for business users
• Patching Cycle co-ordination with Oracle
• Instance Refresh (from Cloud Console) and Post Clone Activities
• Managing folders access for BIP report migration
• Monitoring, issue reporting, resolution tracking of Oracle Fusion ERP scheduled processes (e.g. ESS jobs) needed to operate the various business processes
• Monitor environment refreshes according to the ERP project implementation plan
• Coordinate on the preparation of training, SIT, UAT and data migration environments
• Access management for users in Training and UAT environments
• Production support on ERP user accounts, Identity Federation, API Authentication Providers configurations and Single-Sign On
• Ensure the migration of configuration and development objects from lower to controlled environments
• Service request creation for Fusion SaaS issues and Co-ordinate with Oracle.
• Managing OCI Tenancy
• Good understanding of OCI object storage.
• Should be able to manage OCI components like network, storage, IAM, ATP etc.
• Should have good understanding of OCI native security and best practices.
• Create Alarm, alert and manage audit.
• Check OCI cost utilization report and do optimization.
• Excellent communication skills
