Role: Senior Consultant / Oracle SCM Cloud Lead (Onsite Mexico)
Location: Mexico (Onsite)
Experience: 10+ Years Oracle SCM Experience
Implementation Experience: Minimum 2-3 End-to-End Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Implementations
We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Lead to be part of a large-scale transformation program. The consultant will work closely with Customer Business Process Owners, SMEs, and project stakeholders, driving solution design, business process transformation, and successful delivery across Oracle SCM Cloud modules.
Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred due to extensive interaction with Mexico-based users and stakeholders.

Your Role
As a Senior Consultant / SCM Cloud Lead, you will be responsible for defining business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, proposing scalable Oracle Cloud solutions, and driving implementation activities from requirement gathering through go-live.
You will act as the primary onsite functional lead, collaborating with business users, project leadership, and offshore teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement gathering workshops with Business Process Owners and SMEs.
  • Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices.

  • Oracle Planning Cloud
  • Oracle Procurement Cloud
  • Coordinate and lead CRP, SIT, UAT, and business validation sessions.
  • Prepare Functional Design Specifications, test scenarios, and process documentation.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams for configurations, customizations, integrations, and testing activities.
  • Support deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
  • Engage with client stakeholders and provide solution leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to proposal development, capability building, knowledge sharing, and mentoring activities.

    • Required Skills
    • Strong functional expertise in:
      • Oracle Procurement Cloud
      • Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud
      • Knowledge in Oracle Fusion cloud Inventory Management, OM & Shipping
    • Minimum 2-3 Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementation.
    • Strong experience in client-facing consulting, stakeholder management, and solution architecture.
    • Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and delivery management skills.
    • Ability to independently drive workshops and solution discussions.

    Preferred Skills
    • Spanish language proficiency (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) in addition to English.
    • Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Certifications.
    • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
    • Understanding of Oracle Fusion data model and tables.
    • Cross-functional SCM process knowledge.
    • Exposure to global rollout and transformation programs.

    A seasoned Oracle SCM Cloud consultant capable of independently leading client workshops, owning solution architecture, and driving successful delivery across Planning, Procurement, and SCM workstreams while serving as the primary onsite liaison for Mexico business stakeholders. Spanish language capability and Oracle Cloud certifications will be considered a significant advantage.
