Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Opex Lead to manage and optimize the operations of our RPA ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring the day-to-day stability, governance, and performance of automated processes in production. The ideal candidate will bring deep operational expertise, strong leadership, and a proactive mindset to drive excellence in RPA service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead nearshore operations for RPA, ensuring seamless execution of automated processes.
• Oversee governance frameworks, SLA adherence, and compliance across production bots.
• Monitor bot performance, manage incident resolution, and drive root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development, platform, and business teams to ensure operational alignment.
• Define and implement continuous improvement strategies for automation stability and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for operational metrics and governance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for RPA production support and stakeholder communication.

Required

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3-5 years in RPA environments.
• Proven experience managing production support and governance for RPA platforms (preferably Blue Prism).
• Strong understanding of incident management, change control, and SLA tracking.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and operational frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-vendor, and cross-functional environment.

Preferred

• Experience in telecom, media, or technology sectors.
• Exposure to monitoring tools, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), and reporting dashboards.
• Knowledge of complementary automation tools and orchestration platforms.
