Operations Manager - Finance & Accounting / Record to Report

Are you an experienced F&A leader ready to take ownership of regional delivery, drive excellence, and shape end-to-end RTR performance?

What we're looking for
10-12 years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations
Minimum 5 years in regional or multi-country leadership roles
Deep understanding of Record to Report, including Fixed Assets
Experience in cross-cultural team management and global delivery models
Proven success in stakeholder & client management (incl. senior finance leaders)
Expertise in issue & escalation management, cross-tower collaboration
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Solid knowledge of internal controls, audits, compliance & risk frameworks
Experience in transitions, TO-BE design, hypercare and transformation programs
Ability to drive standardization & harmonization across multiple countries
Excellent organization skills and comfort working in dynamic environments
Preferably: background in SSC / GBS environments
Fluent English, excellent communication skills

Your key responsibilities
Stakeholder Management

  • Act as single point of contact for internal and external partners
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with each country
  • Represent the region in steering committees, governance, and performance reviews
  • Present operational insights, risks, and improvement initiatives
Operational Delivery & Performance
  • Drive regional SLA/KPI achievement across all F&A towers
  • Provide consolidated insights, trends, and risk analysis to leadership
  • Lead escalations and ensure timely root-cause resolution within RTR
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and local regulations
  • Support TO-BE design, transitions, KT, and hypercare
  • Drive standardization & harmonization across the region
  • Collaborate with global teams to enhance process maturity and best practices
