Role Description: Are you passionate about leading transformative technology strategies? We're looking for a Operations Manager - Infrastructure to join our team
Location: Melbourne, Australia
Salary: AUD 129,311- 142,018 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Infrastructure Service Delivery covering Cloud, Hosting and Network capabilities
- Experience in managing large scale programs upwards of 100+ people in global delivery model
- Delivery accountability and leadership to the overall CIS Portfolio. Expected to be liaison with customer Senior leadership including CXO levels
- Strong background of ITIL Framework with effective RCA skills across Infra Portfolio.
- Co-ordinate with client on overall portfolio projects performance, metrics & to manage customer relationship with strong communication skills
- Reviews: Conduct program reviews with relevant stakeholders to identify / manage issues & risks and ensure smooth delivery provide delivery governance and resolve escalated project issues affecting the program.
- Review the program scope as created by multiple Project/Account Managers against the client acceptance criteria at the program level
- Experience in managing multi-vendor engagement and, 3rd party [external] and multi-teams [internal] and ability to understand the dynamics and protecting the interests of all concerned parties
- Ensuring compliance with Cybersec policies, standards, and regulations.
- Implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures to protect data and systems.
- Planning processes and procedures for overall delivery governance.
- Understanding Managed Service Contract, understanding, planning deliverables and overall execution.
- SLA, KPI deliverables progress check, artefacts collection and control.
- Resource utilization and alignment as per program delivery guidelines.
- Lead the team, develop and report to internal reports to Infosys account team (on-time)
- Resource management - Leave management, Roster, Utilization, Attrition, evaluation, replacement, growth etc.
- Onboarding & Offboarding resources, Hiring, Pipeline management.
- Rewards and recognition
- Team development, training, learning, certifications.
- Resource cross skill initiatives.
- Service quality, improvements, automation .
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline
- Windows Certification will be preferred.
