OpenText Exstream (Onprem and Cloud Native) Consultant
Infosys is seeking OpenText Exstream (Onprem and Cloud Native) Consultant. As a Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the migration of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions to OpenText Exstream Cloud Native architecture. You will contribute across all phases of the consulting lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include designing and overseeing the migration approach, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications, and leveraging Exstream's scalable, interactive services to modernize communication workflows. You will guide teams through project processes, deliverables, and best practices for cloud deployment, while also contributing to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building. This role demands expertise in configuration, development, and deployment of Exstream Cloud solutions, including orchestration, and API-driven integrations. You will help mitigate migration risks and ensure compliance with security and performance standards.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT/Richardson, TX/Raleigh, NC/Tempe, AZ OR be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
4+ years of relevant experience in Exstream (On-prem and Cloud Native)
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement migration strategies for transitioning CCM solutions to OpenText Exstream Cloud Native, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer experience goals.
- Lead integration efforts across enterprise applications, including upstream systems, integration layers, archival platforms, and mail house services, while ensuring compatibility with cloud-native architecture.
- Collaborate with all integrated applications to design end-to-end cloud-native solutions and work closely with client enterprise architects to define the overall solution architecture.
- Oversee various phases of the migration lifecycle, ensuring adherence to enterprise development standards and cloud deployment best practices.
- Manage internal and external teams to deliver successful migration projects within scope, timeline, and quality benchmarks.
- Communicate migration progress and architectural decisions effectively to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Review and validate code/configurations to ensure compliance with cloud-native standards and OpenText best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues within Exstream Cloud Native environments.
- Stay current with OpenText Exstream Cloud features, containerization practices, and emerging CCM trends to continuously improve solution delivery.

- Strong understanding of Cloud Native modules such as Communication Designer, Content Author, Orchestration, and Interactive Communications etc.
- Expertise in template migration from legacy systems to Exstream Cloud Native architecture
- Hands on experience in creating Scripts / Functions, Data Transformations, Data Mapping and Output Configurations for post processing
- Sound knowledge in generating Interactive communications
- Experience with Exstream deployment in Azure environments (desirable)
- Experience on XSLT, JIRA would be desirable
- Experience on Greenfield implementations, other CCM products would be desirable
