Short Description:

- Collaborate with Process Owners, Business Process Analysts, Data Engineers, Software Engineers and Project Managers to develop BPM solutions to automate business processes
- Collaborate on the implementation of technical deliverables such as processes, services, user interfaces, integrations, database queries, and web services
- Responsible for using the OpenText BPM and other BPM tools to architect, design, develop and support customer-defined applications. This development effort typically requires defining and implementing BPM with other applications.
- Consulting focuses primarily on BPM architecture, design, development, administration, testing, implementation, and support of BPM Products: Large, medium, and small-scale implementations Independent in conducting unit testing, system integration testing, support UAT and rectify bug.

Essential Skills:
- More than 5 years of working experience in OpenText BPM product suite implementation and support on medium or large-scale projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on enterprise application development experience with OpenText Cordys tool.
- Experience with at least 3 implementation experiences or supported reasonable maintenance sites that has major enhancements.
- Experience in developing, maintaining and customizing UI (new screen), business rules, workflow and reports using OpenText Process Suite
- Sound knowledge with Java, JavaScript, html, Xml, web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, Core Java, HTML5, CSS and external system integration
- Some exposure on SVN, BIST and BRIST.
- Rich hands-on work experience on Java, JDBC, AJAX, XML, OOAD
- Database skills, SQL, Triggers/Stored Procedures and working experience with any well-known database (MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 or MySQL)
- Good working knowledge in implementation of collaborative product e.g. OpenText Capture Center (OCC) and OpenText AppWorks.
- Possesses good working knowledge on:
- BPM, SOA, Web 2.0, SaaS and Cloud computing paradigms
- Service Oriented Architecture
- W3C standards
- Preparing Solution and Technical Designs
- Knowledge in BPM and BPMN concepts
- Various types of enterprise applications (e.g. ERP, EAI, BPM)
- Knowledge on Web Servers and Application Servers
- Security, Authentication, HA deployments & administration.
- Expected to learn and deploy new technologies as needed
