OneTrust Developer
Infosys is seeking for OneTrust Developer. This candidate is responsible for playing the technical role in the setup, support, enhancements, and application integration/migration of the SailPoint Identity IQ & IdentityNow (7.x, 8.x) system in client environments and assisting in keeping the platform stable, highly available, and meeting compliance requirements. IDAM Lead will require a strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) including Provisioning, User Lifecycle Management, Access Requests and Approvals, Segregation of Duties (SoD), RBAC, ABAC, Certifications, Compliance, Single Sign On (SSO), Authentication, Authorization, and Connectors. The Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are skilled technical and consultative resources expected to be strong in both technical and soft skills. A Subject Matter Expert (SME) must be a proven self-starter with the ability to problem-solve, communicate, participate in diverse project teams from a technical perspective, and interface effectively with customers, vendor partners, and colleagues.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson , TX, Hartford, CT, Tempe, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.

- Experience in OneTrust, BigID Privacy Portal
- Hands on experience in working on JSON related errors in Ariba-OneTrust integrations
- Experience in configuration of reporting features and dashboards within TPRM module
- Knowledge on JSON debugging
- Hands-on experience in managing and fulfilling data subject access requests (DSARs) in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)
- Experience in SDLC and ITIL, ITSM tools like Service Now, Remedy, Jira etc.
- Experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Experience in data security, privacy, and compliance solutions is a must
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
