.Net Solutions Architect

Infosys is seeking a .Net Solutions Architect -In this role, you will apply your leadership and technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Design, Application development/maintenance and Testing. You will play an important role in associating with the key stakeholders of the project, understanding the client requirements, prepare a detailed design document, deliver high quality code for a module, validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, warranty and Project Management. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Jacksonville, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

• Experience in .NET technologies.

Preferred Skills

• At least 10 yrs of overall experience in Information Technology Space
• At least 3 years of experience leading/managing teams of developers
• An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
• Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery
• Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities
• Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities
• Experience in Scrum / Agile methodology and handling teams at Onshore and Offshore.
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs
• Strong communication and Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
