Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled .NET & SQL Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve application issues, perform functional testing to validate fixes, and ensure seamless performance across supported systems. The role involves managing incidents, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering a high-quality user experience through strong technical expertise and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Deliverables

• Diagnose and resolve application issues within defined SLAs
• Perform functional testing
• Perform root cause analysis and provide preventive recommendations
• Maintain accurate and detailed ticket updates in the tracking system
• Collaborate with multiple teams for issue resolution
• Ensure consistent application availability and minimal downtime
• Provide clear communication and timely updates to stakeholders and end-users
