Role: CRM Solution Architect - MS Dynamics D365 Customer Experience

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies. This role ensures technical excellence, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. The architect collaborates with stakeholders, defines system architecture, oversees integrations, and provides technical leadership to development and functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Experience Required
Solution Design & Architecture

  • Define overall architecture for Dynamics 365 applications and integrations.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
Technical Leadership
  • Provide guidance to development teams on best practices and technical standards.
  • Review designs, customizations, and integrations for quality assurance.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for technology decisions and roadmap planning.
Integration & Deployment
  • Design integration strategies with external systems using Azure and Power Platform.
  • Oversee deployment, DevOps pipelines, and environment management.
Governance & Documentation
  • Maintain architecture documentation and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
  • Conduct technical risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Business level proficiency in Japanese and English
Mandatory Skills
  • Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Platform, Azure services, Solution Architecture, Integration Design, Security & Compliance.
Preferred Skills
  • . AI & Machine Learning integration (Azure AI, Copilot, Cognitive Services)
