Role: CRM Senior Consultant - MS Dynamics D365 Customer Experience

Location: Tokyo

Skills & Experience Required
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, configure CRM applications, and support successful project delivery. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM.

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and propose appropriate CRM solutions.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
  • Design and document functional requirements, business process flows, and solution specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams (developers, solution architects) to ensure successful implementation.
  • Conduct system testing, support UAT, and provide end-user training.
  • Assist in data migration, system integrations, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform features, advising on best practices.
  • Business level proficiency in Japanese and English
Mandatory Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant/Business Analyst in Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM entities, workflows, business rules, and processes.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and documentation.
  • Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Preferred Skills
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) or Functional Consultant Associate.
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodologies (Azure DevOps, Jira).
  • Prior experience with CRM integrations and data migration projects.
