Microsoft Dynamics 365 Asset Management SME
Infosys Public Services is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Asset Management SME. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance in Ottawa, ON or be willing to relocate to the area.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

The Asset Management SME provides specialized expertise in the design, delivery, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that support enterprise asset management processes. This role serves as a strategic advisor and functional expert, helping project teams design and implement asset lifecycle management capabilities, asset tracking, valuation, maintenance, disposition, reporting, and governance processes. The resource will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure Microsoft Dynamics solutions effectively support organizational asset management requirements. The RFS requires a resource with expertise and at least 4 years of experience in the design, delivery, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics to support Asset Management in an advisory or dedicated role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Provide subject matter expertise for Asset Management processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Advise on the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of asset management capabilities.
- Support business requirements gathering, solution design, and process improvement initiatives.
- Configure and enhance asset lifecycle management processes, including acquisition, valuation, maintenance, transfer, and disposal of assets.
- Design and implement asset tracking, inventory, monitoring, and reporting capabilities.
- Develop recommendations for asset governance, controls, compliance, and operational best practices.
- Support integration of asset management functionality with related financial, operational, and case management processes.
- Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution reviews.
- Assist with user acceptance testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Provide advisory services, knowledge transfer, and supporting documentation.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the design, delivery, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions supporting Asset Management.
- Demonstrated expertise in asset lifecycle management, asset inventory, valuation, tracking, maintenance, and disposition processes.
- Experience working in an advisory or dedicated Asset Management role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft business applications.
- Experience translating business asset management requirements into effective Dynamics solutions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting public sector, trust management, fiduciary services, financial services, or asset-intensive organizations.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, audit, and risk management practices related to asset administration.
- Microsoft Dynamics functional certifications and asset management related qualifications.
- At least 4 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics solutions for Asset Management.
- Demonstrated experience providing advisory services for asset management programs and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting asset identification, inventory management, valuation, monitoring, maintenance, and disposition processes.
- The OPGT Asset Management capability includes the systematic identification, protection, maintenance, valuation, acquisition, and disposition of client assets and liabilities throughout their lifecycle.
