A MEAN Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using the MEAN technology stack - MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js. The role focuses on building scalable, high-performance applications with seamless front-end and back-end integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end web applications using the MEAN stack.
  • Build RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular.
  • Design and manage MongoDB databases, including schema design and performance optimization.
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA teams.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and performance.
  • Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5 - 8 YoE Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
  • 5 - 8 YoE Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • 5 - 8 YoE Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
  • Good understanding of frontend frameworks, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and web security best practices.

Good to Have
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
  • Exposure to microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled or data-driven applications.
