Job Summary
We are looking for a Maximo Production Support Engineer to join our AMS team supporting IBM Maximo environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring application stability, handling incidents and service requests, troubleshooting functional and technical issues, supporting business users, and assisting with ongoing enhancements in the production environment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IBM Maximo, strong troubleshooting skills, and exposure to asset management and maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for IBM Maximo applications.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, defects, and user-reported issues within SLA timelines.
• Support Maximo modules including:
  • Asset Management
  • Work Order Management
  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Inventory Management
  • Purchasing
• Analyze application logs and identify root causes of system issues.
• Configure and maintain:
  • Security Groups
  • Domains
  • Application Designer
  • Database Configuration
  • Workflows
  • Escalations and Cron Tasks
• Support Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and interface monitoring.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, DBA, and integration teams for issue resolution.
• Support deployments, testing activities, and post-deployment validation.
• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support when required.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with IBM Maximo.
• Experience supporting production environments.
• Good knowledge of:
  • Asset Management
  • Work Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Preventive Maintenance
• Experience with:
  • Security Configuration
  • Application Designer
  • Domains
  • Workflows
  • Cron Tasks
  • Escalations
• Working knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
• Basic SQL troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8/9).
• Exposure to OpenShift or cloud-based Maximo deployments.
• Experience with SAP integrations.
• Knowledge of Automation Scripts.
• Experience with BIRT Reporting.
